Prior Information to booking MHE Training:

The following is required prior to booking MHE Training with PJs MHE Training:

    1. Confirmation of candidates experience whether, Novice, Experienced operator or refresher
    2. Proof of candidates previous training if carrying out refresher training, failure to supply will require the candidate to attend one of the other types of training
    3. An up-to-date LOLER certification (Thorough Examination) for the equipment being used
    4. A reminder email will be sent out 7 days prior to the course starting once PO number/deposit received


Unfortunately points 2 and 3 are legal requirements and will cause the training to be forfeited or altered should the relevant information not be provided.

Carrying out of MHE Training:

The following facilities will be required for the duration of the course:

    1. The use of a suitable room for the total number of candidates and instructor to have uninterrupted access
    2. A screen should be available for use to carry out Theory (one can be provided if necessary)
    3. Suitable equipment to carry out the MHE training
    4. Uninterrupted use of equipment in a designated area

Cancellation of Training Courses:

If a course is cancelled within 10 working days of the course commencement date, 100% of the course fee(s) are payable.
If a course is cancelled within 11-15 working days of the course commencement date, 50% of the course fee(s) are payable.

Course Re-scheduling:

If a course needs to be re-schedule there is no penalty applicable, but please provide as much notice as possible.

A training course can be cancelled for the following reasons:

    1. No up to date LOLER certification provided
    2. Candidate previous experience not provided to training supplier
    3. The required MHE is unsuitable for purpose/training and suitable replacement not available
    4. The required deposit or purchase order has not been received 48 hours prior to the course
    5. The candidate(S) fail to attend the course
    6. A candidate is under the influence of alcohol and drugs (prescription or otherwise)

If any of the above happen then 100% of the course fee is still required to be paid.

Unforeseen Circumstance:

On rare occasions a training course may need to be cancelled or re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstance. PJs MHE Training will try to provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative available dates. If during the course any candidate has a legitimate reason for being late or not attending the course a discussion will be had with the relevant people on completing the training.

Payment Terms:

Candidate Referral:

In the event of a candidate falling short of the required standards of the course and unable to operate MHE, 100% of the course fee is still required. Further training and re-testing can be booked upon discussion.

Paying:

Upon confirmation booking of a training course a purchase order or 50% deposit via bank transfer is required. The course booking will not be considered final until a purchase order number or a 50% deposit has been received 7 days prior to the commencement date of the course.
Any required changes to the scheduling of the course or booking arrangements: See above policy. An invoice will be sent on completion of the training course with full payment being made within 30 days after or sooner please.
Certificates and Training records will be the property of PJs MHE Training until full payment has been received. On receipt of payment the certificates and records will be sent to the customer.
